Charlotte - Head of Grooming
Hi, my name is Charlotte, I have always dreamed of owning my own Dog Grooming Salon and after 20 years working in the Banking Industry
I took the decision to follow my passion and set up Burr and Barks. My goal is to provide not only expert grooming but also a caring,
stress-free experience for both pets and their owners. As a proud owner of 2 Cocker Spaniels, I have a deep understanding of every dogs unique needs.

Having completed both Level 2 and Level 3 City & Guilds dog grooming courses and being awarded Best Student Level 2 Dog Grooming,
I am equipped with the skills and expertise to deliver the highest standards of care for all breeds.
I have also worked closely Spaniel Aid dogs charity, supporting their mission and helping improve the lives of these wonderful dogs.

Hollie - Director of Recreational Activities
Hollie is our 10 year old Working Cocker Spaniel, she is a very loyal, loving and all round fantastic dog. She is great at reading other dogs and is an extremely valued member of the family and the team. Although she is a little too obsessed with tennis balls.
Mabel - Head of Security and Welfare
Mabel is our 6 year old Show Cocker Spaniel, she has been with us over 2 years after intially fostering her from Spaniel Aid dogs charity. She quickly showed us how loving and playful she is and it wasn't a difficult decision to adopt her. Since her arrival she has undergone double cateract surgery and has lost over 3kgs! Doesn't she look great!!
